Personalized high-touch care

Each home in our portfolio is given our unique four-touch process. It begins with our post-guest checkout inspections and follow-up by our dedicated highly trained cleaning team. This is follow-up with cleaning inspections conducted by our Housekeeping Manager. The final, and most important step, are the inspections conducted by our Property Managers. This confirms that every guest walks into a crisp, on-point property that is ready for their arrival. This is why we have maintained an industry high review rating across our entire portfolio.

We manage basic repairs and maintenance in-house to address issues as quickly and cost-efficiently as possible.
